RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Blanc Noir Cosmetics, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused and cosmetic/fashion products have to be in an accurate condition, we cannot accept the exchange or return of any products once sold or delivered.
Blanc Noir Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case of damage product issue (at the time of delivery) with the product, we exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on admin@blancnoirparis.com
Exchange of products will only be considered if the product received is in damaged condition and subject to the following terms-
-Compulsory unboxing video required to verify any damage claim.-Claims must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery. Failing to do so will result in rejection of the Claim.
-Exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Blanc Noir Cosmetics .-COD orders are not eligible for Refund under any circumstances.
-Damages due to the user's mishandling by any means will not be covered under this Policy.-BLANC NOIR COSMETICS reserves all rights for Replacement/Returns/Refunds

SHIPPING POLICY
•How does the delivery process work? - Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
• My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it? - Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• What is the estimated dispatch time? - We usually dispatch most orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
• What is the estimated delivery time- The orders are estimated to be delivered within 4-6 business days from the diaptch date. (Excluding Government impositions and natural calamities)
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order? - We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. India shipping charges - A flat Rs.65.00 charge is applied to all orders.
